Hi Alex,
 
I have noted your earlier comments and I find them constructive enough for
us as Excom to also reflect on our performance so far. Michuki has also put
out a position which appreciates your input quite well.
 
One of the things we hope to sort out in the near future is the appointment
of an administrator to help run AfTLD's daily operations. Our hope is that
once this is sorted out, we can strengthen and improve our communication
with African ccTLDs and the mailing list subscribers. Our secretarial
services will hopefully improve as notices of both Excom & general AfTLD
meetings will be sent out well in advance. We can then, with a full time
person, achieve most of our objectives faster and smarter.
 
Having said that, short-timed as the notice has been, I hope we could secure
your presence in Cairo, as we could do well with your input.

Michuki, hope you can carry out the mandate at his end, for me it is not a
time term, but an objectives term !!! 
I'm strongly confident, regarding the currents members of ExCom, in their
involvement to serve the community, we just need more informations and more
interactions from them to support AfTLD challenges.
