Apologies for cross-posting

Dear all,

Due to a technical glitch, the meeting registration process failed 
without notice and all registrations submitted prior to 18th March 2008 
were neither registered nor stored.

In view of this challenge, we wish to kindly request all registered 
persons to kindly re-register themselves once again on the online 
registration forms.

The registration process is important for the local hosts logistical 
resource planning.

We have revised and thoroughly tested the system and its now registering 
submissions for the past two days.

We highly regret the inconvenience caused and request your co-operation 
in the re-registration process to enable us deliver on the events 
logistical requirements. Feel free to forward all your registration 
enquiries to Vika Mpisane at secretary at aftld.org.
